The 2018 event will, however, once again be hosted at the UKZN Pietermaritzburg Swimming Pool due to current challenges at Shongweni Dam.

This is an open tournament, and as such entries may include National, Provincial, Club, School or unaffiliated teams.

if you enter as a team and submit one form and one payment (via EFT), the cost is R1000 for Divisions 1 and 2, or R670 for Division 3.
if you don’t have a team to enter with but would like to play, you can pay the fee and send us your details and we will find you a team! In this case, the cost is: R200 for Divisions 1 and 2, and R135 for Division 3.
A 20% late entry fee will be payable for all teams and players who have not submitted their details and payments by the 5th May.
Banking details will be sent you once your email or entry form has been received.
Registration will take place on the morning of the event, and will be run by Laurel Oettle.

The tournament follows the ICF Rules unless stated otherwise below.
All equipment will be scrutineered prior to the first game commencing. No boat, paddle or helmet without a tournament sticker showing it has passed scrutineering will be allowed onto the pitch. Dean Oellerman will be the chief scrutineer for the tournament.
Each team will be allocated games to officiate. The teams will be required to provide two referees, a timekeeper and a scorekeeper, as well as two line judges. The schedule will be available one week prior to the event, and Leigh Du Plessis will be in charge of the Admin tables throughout the weekend.
There are a range of accommodation options available, from a campsite just across the bay from the tournament pitches, to tented cabins at the dam available for hire through Conservation Guardians, who manage the reserve.
